The Home Depot Matamoros

I’m a general contractor on vacation. And am doing a project at a family residence. I’m very impressed with how organized the store is. But you missed one very important detail. I have family that are tired of products that are not well made. If they are going to pay for items at 20 to 30% more then you(Home Depo) should bring the good stuff that our mother USA made has to offer. You will find out that that’s the way to go. That’s what they want. They are tired of buying things that only last a few years. They also see the importance their home investment, long term…. Thank you

For those familiar with home depot in the US, this Mexico version is smaller. Decent selection of various full assemblies such as lights, vanities, faucets, etc. What is different is rhe amount of hardware, individual parts, hard to find items, etc. For example didn't have the door barrel latch assembly separate which is common elsewhere. It is a good store - just not as extensive as a US store. It is nice though to see the amount of DIYers coming together in Mexico! Great helpful staff too. They were plentiful and tried to help locate parts and solutions.

Very good service, found everything I needed, smiley and friendly staff. Prices are similar to the prices in US but still a good place to get your hardware needs.. Found everything in one place..

It's a very complete place to buy anything for your home, went to get some pain and they made a very accurate one. And there are some deals too, you just need to look around and see.

People are too rude to you and you ask the workers what are certain things or ask for help and it seems like if they don't work there they should put more attention managers clients are going to leave and go other places certain people that you employee for not doing their job
